Refund policy

At SeaSunStories, each item is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, which means every product is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To process this, please send us:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • Your order number

There is no need to return the damaged product.

Please note:

  • We cannot offer replacements or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or color.

  • For DTG-printed items, a slight variation in print placement (up to 0.5”) is within tolerance and not considered a defect.

  • For undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts, we can offer a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.
