Shipping Policy for SeaSunStories

Thank you for choosing SeaSunStories! We're excited for you to receive your unique, Greece-inspired items. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Processing Time:

Since each item at SeaSunStories is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand partnership with Printify, please allow for a processing time in addition to the shipping time. This typically takes between 2-7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on the product and current order volume.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen by Printify for your specific order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information (if available).

Estimated shipping times after processing are typically:

  • Within the USA: 3-8 business days
  • Canada: 6-12 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays, customs processing, and local holidays. 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated by Printify based on the weight and destination of your order. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs may vary depending on the products ordered.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information (if the shipping method includes tracking). You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Destinations:

We ship our products worldwide, wherever Printify offers its services. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care in ensuring your order is processed and shipped correctly, occasional issues may arise during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify to investigate the issue and find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. Please provide us with your order number and any relevant photos of the damage if applicable.

Customs and Import Duties:

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by your country's customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
